This term I
realized the importance of enough sleeping time. In the past I could sleep more
or less than five hours and yet make it through the whole school day of six
hours, but now… I just crackle down. Sometimes when I haven’t slept enough I seriously
wonder what I’m doing in class because I can’t concentrate, I see the teacher
but I don’t hear anything. I can’t do any homework because I’m so tired, I can’t
take a nap because I have to sleep early to wake up early but instead I do
nothing on the computer until late and wake up tired… and that’s how my bad
habit of lacking sleep goes on. Maybe that’s the reason why I’m craving tea so
much? But there’s been a few times when I slept eight hours, and wow, what a
difference! I finally heard the teacher, understood and took notes. I didn’t
need to study much because I already understood it. This magic that I realized
so late!
Good thing
Kagu’s always there reminding me to go to sleep! ;D I have to make a New Year
promise to sleep at least seven and a half hours a day. Yup. Sleep is important
people!
Two funny
things today:
1) I saw a Magpie picking on poop on my way home. I stared at it and it stopped
picking. It should be thankful that I stopped it from eating poo.
2) There’re
three roe deers on the backyard ruminating! They’ve been doing it for over two
hours. I wanted to give them something to eat but I had nothing :C And it looks
cold outside… they look funny though.
